Meet the Ambassadors
Hi there! I'm Cassandra, born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. I've got my bachelor's degree in recreation, sport, and tourism and moved to Alaska after finishing a recreation internship in Arizona. It was there that I discovered mountains and my love for the outdoors, and I haven't been able to stop exploring as much as possible ever since. I enjoy yoga, bike riding, rafting, kayaking, hiking, hammocking, swimming; I'm pretty much game for any and all adventures! This summer I've been trying to swim in all the alpine lakes I come across. I waitress during high seasons and travel the world on my off seasons. I'm greatly looking forward to sharing Northern Montana with you!
Hi my name is Erika and I am a graduate student in athletic training at the University of Montana finishing up this May. I am originally from Michigan and grew up exploring various National Parks. Glacier National Park is my favorite and the reason I decided to move to Montana. Mountain lakes and John Denver are two of my favorite things. My dog Hunter and I are excited to get outside with you all!
Hi, I'm Kim and I am a New England girl at heart. From an early age my parents taught me a love for the outdoors through our family hiking trips. Hiking has taken me around the world to places like: Everest Basecamp, Manchu Picchu, and most recently the Swiss Alps. After college, I moved to Montana for a new adventure and have since fallen in love with our wide open spaces and mountains. You can find me hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing and anything else that involves fresh air. My dog, Wilson is usually on the trail with me. I'm really excited to be part of this mountain community.
My name is Trier, 21, and I am a Michigan native living in Columbus, Ohio. I have 2 dogs that I hike and backpack with all over the country. We especially love road trips and meeting new people! I'm a runner, climber, hiker and basically anything that involves not being inside. I am a strong believer in living life to it's fullest and the best way to do that is to see all that this world has to offer. I work in Law Enforcement so getting outdoors is truly the best way to escape all the stress and just relax! Excited to be able to share my adventures with all of you!
Hi y'all! I'm Britt, and I'm currently serving through AmeriCorps with the City of Missoula, working on zero waste and energy efficiency projects. It's because of this position that I was lucky enough to move to Montana from my home state of Michigan (Go Green!). While I spent my childhood family vacations camping and exploring national parks and the great outdoors, it wasn't until February of 2016, when I visited Arizona and went hiking in Sedona that I really fell in love with wild places all over again. I spent the rest of the year hiking, swimming, and kayaking through 13 states, exploring so many national and state parks, monuments, forests, lakeshores, and wilderness areas that I lost count! I'm excited to keep exploring Montana and the surrounding area, it's the most beautiful state I've seen yet! If you want to see me full of joy, take me home to the mountains (it's fine, I cry when I see them after being away for too long).
My name is Brittany and I’m so excited to become a Mountain Chicks ambassador for Missoula, Montana! I was born and raised in southern Florida, and moved out west 3 years ago after graduating college to pursue both an adventurous lifestyle and a career. I currently work in hospitality and enjoy everything outdoors here in Missoula with my favorite adventure partner, Zeke. Together we go paddleboarding, hiking, cross country skiing, horseback riding, and even went RVing in Yellowstone one summer. I can’t wait to start planning adventures with other women in the group and look forward to growing the vision of Mountain Chicks! Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity.
